Wild-for-veggies Burger

  • • Veggie patty of your choice
    • Bun of your choice (we recommend whole wheat, but any hamburger-style bun will work)
    • 1/2  avocado, sliced
    • 1 small onion (red or Spanish recommended)
    • 2-4 mushrooms (white or portabella)
    • Condiments to taste (try with mustard, salsa or vegan mayo)


    Sauté mushrooms and onions, set aside.

    Sauté or grill veggie patty (Most veggie patties will cook fully in 5-10 minutes).

    Toast the bun.

    Put it all together.
